    Letter: from Richard Dillingham at RFC Camp, [Kent]; to Christine Dillingham at Kings Road, Flitwick - writer has just received a letter from his wife in which she informs him that she nearly fainted again; - notes he is sorry to hear that Frank Odell is wounded; - asks has Stanley gone out to France yet? and asks if Wilfred Crawley has fetched the plums; Sunday Afternoon - writer has received another letter from his wife, in which she confirms that Wilfred Crawley has fetched the plums; - comments that he can imagine how Mum and Reg feel about the examination but he feels sure Reg will pass for general service; - asks for Talbot's Dover address; - notes he has had a letter from Alice who is spending her holidays at Durham; - notes that they had a concert given by fellows in the camp and their friends with one or two girls, "there are some first class singers here and the girls gave an exhibition of dancing and the fellows went nearly mad over it"; - recalls that he had a Church Parade; - expects to go on a walk to New Romney with another fellow; - rumoured that they are to go over to France; - asks his wife to let him know when she hears about her extra allowance;
