Recites that by mutual consent of both parties, and of Nicholas Crowche, gent of Barton, and others who have purchased parts of the manors, St Margarettes Lane and the soil of all ways and commons are to be conveyed to Nicholas Crowche so that he will be seised of them, on trust to allow party (2) and other purchasers pasturage and commons for their cattle, and ways through them to their purchases and farms with their cattle, carts and carriages Witnesses: Tho.     Edward Crawley acquired some of the Manor in 1613 when Apreece was selling it off piecemeal. Nicholas Crowche seems to have gained the lion's share as he was given ownership of the manorial waste. Crawley held on to these closes, using them to raise money. For deeds after 1841 see Z937/3/11 etc.
