From at least the early 1990s the committee was involved in approving: office moves and changes to council buildings, restructuring of personnel, energy efficiency and information technology.
14 July 1994 includes report of Management Group re committee aims and objectives of the Resources sub-committee following the rearrangement of committees in June 1994.
