Scope and Content
As I understand that Mr Molyneux of Whites Yard in White Cross Street is dead & as I do not know who his Executors or Representatives are, or how to direct them, I take the Liberty of troubling you with this, to beg the Favour of you to acquaint me therewith, & have inclosed a cover for that Purpose. And if you will be so good as to let them know, that if they will call upon Doctor Parker, Rector of St James' in Piccadilly he will pay the year's Interest due the 10th of March last. And I will write to him by this Post to advertise him of it. I should be glad to know likewise whether it be practicable for the Executors to take one Hundred pounds in Part of the Principal in March next, & whether they be willing if it be practicable, as I am afraid I shall not be able to discharge the whole so soon. An answer will much oblige
Postscript from Samuel Whitbread: please to answer that the acting Executor is William Hayton Esq. to be directed to at Mr.Whitbread's that thy money will be sent for to Dr Parker & if you think proper to agree to take the 100 near March in part but not to give up security but this as you chuse only
[Note: William Hayton is probably the attorney of Queen Anne Street, West Cavendish Square, London]
