W. Baker discusses the riot at the East India College, the disgraceful behaviour of the students and the attempted demolition of the college. Several expulsions will take place and the Directors will enforce a stricter code of discipline. Sarah Stone will be sent to Hoxton and the Parish concerned will arrange her maintenance.
