Letters to John F. Nutter, Chairman of the Committee of Management of Bedford Hospital, from Harry Percy Adams of Stephen, Salter and Adams, architects, 28, Woburn Place, Russell Square, London W.C. (Note: Between November 1897 and February 1898 the headed notepaper changes to "H. Percy Adams, F.R.I.B.A Architect".) Letter re organ. Sending a tracing [not present] of way to obtain extra height for the organ. Does not see any way of obtaining more than 14' 6" from the chapel floor level. If the arch were taken up to the next purlin (A) could get the required height, but the arch will look very high. Includes pen sketch of arch and organ.
