Letter re sewer. On the block plan of the site the sewer is mentioned as being nearly 20 feet below the surface of Britannia Road. The real depth is from 6 to 8 feet. The Borough Surveyor we have seen cannot say how the figures were obtained. Will not affect us, but could have been very serious.
