Letter from H M Carson to 'Dear Sir'. She is very grateful that he has offered to fill up a form for them. Has been told that they are only to receive £100 a quarter. 'It seems hard to pay income tax on money wedo not receive'. Is the 3rd paper they have had from Mr Powell during this year. If he could find that Mr Bassett has made a mistake and that income is £500 instead of £400 would be delighted
