Registered letter from the Captain to him requested if interest and part of principal is unpaid for 30 days after it is due. Also wants power to grant mining leases 31 May 1907 Letter [presumably copy] from Francis Retallack, The Moorings, Exmouth, Devon, to Mr Chilcott agreeing to above. Has always been on best of terms with present tenant, William Trevethan, and will now write to him and tell him of change of landlord
