    Conveyance and Assignment i)Elizabeth Phoebe, wife of Frederick Bassett, Leighton Buzzard, banker ii) said Frederick Bassett iii) Theodore Bassett, Leighton Lodge, Carshalton, Surrey, cornfactor reciting marriage settlement of - 1849 between Marshall Valentine Bull, Esq., a lieutenant in HM 10th regiment of Infantry and Elizabeth Lawer Retallack, Truro, Cornwall, spinster, aged 18 By 2 deeds of even date with marriage settlement £3000 was invested on security of mortgage of property at Cubert, Cornwall, and interest was settled in trust for separate use of i) without power of anticipation, and then for survivor of marriage and then for children as i), after attaining 21, should appoint Also by same Settlement i) became entitled to moiety of messuages, lands etc at Treamble, Perran Sands, Cornwall, once in occupation of Perran Hoskin, then of John Hoskin, Luke Bice and then Catherine Fyzzer,which was conveyed in trust for sale on same conditions as for said £3000. i) was only child of said marriage, and married ii) on 22 August 1872 said moiety of property remains unsold Now i) and ii) assign to iii) - said sum of £3000 secured by mortgage of 4 August 1834 - one equal moiety of --- messuages, land and tenements at Treamble to be held (subject to life interest of M V Bull) to use of iii) in trust for ii) absolutely signatures of i) and ii) endorsed witness John Newton, solicitor, Leighton Buzzard memorandum of consent by i)
