ii) will at his own expense clear and cleanse out the candle warehouse and repair and colour the same
ii) agrees not to carry on trade as melter of tallow or tallow chandler on said premises or any other noxious or offensive trade without consent of i)
No underletting without consent
ii) to keep premises in good repair. Outside to be painted in third or last year. To yield up premises at end of term in good repair and condition except for such fixtures as ii) purchased of John Sanders
ii) may have power to enter premises twice in any year to observe condition premises to be insured, at joint cost of i) and ii), in £1,500 signature of ii) witness John Newton, solicitor, Leighton Buzzard
