    Lease (counterpart) i) John Dollin Bassett, Leighton Buzzard, banker ii) William Green, Leighton Buzzard, grocer consideration - rent i) demises to ii) - shop nearly opposite the Market House, Leighton Buzzard - warehouses, stables and other outbuildings adjoining and belonging, now in occupation of ii) as grocer and general dealer term - 4 years from 25 March 1875 rent - £70 payable half yearly ii) will at his own expense clear and cleanse out the candle warehouse and repair and colour the same ii) agrees not to carry on trade as melter of tallow or tallow chandler on said premises or any other noxious or offensive trade without consent of i) No underletting without consent ii) to keep premises in good repair. Outside to be painted in third or last year.
