Harriett Anne; Irvina Smale, Ashurst Lodge, Kent, spinster; James Samuel, Rutland Gate, Hyde Park, Mddx., esq. and w. Octavia; John Stanley Keeling, Godrich, Upper Canada, esq. and w. Rosalie Henrietta ii) Wm. Jackson, Russell Sq. esq., Humphrey Brandreth, Houghton House, esq. Reciting will of Wm. Samllbone late of Lewisham, Kent, dated 19 June 1830, after bequests to his wife Mary Smallbone etc., he bequeathed to his w. and dau. Eliza Smale and to (ii) money in consols to allow Eliza Smale the income for life, and then the capital to go to her children as she should appoint according to her will, and in default to such appointment, be divided between her daughters, and reciting death of testator 20 Jan 1832, and reciting will of Eliza Smale 13 July 1855 by which she left the money between her six daus. as above, with a request that Eliza Hulbert should have 200 more than any of the others, and her death 17 Oct 1858, and that the payments have now been made RELEASE by (i) to (ii) of legacies.
