Copy will of Mary Smallbone, wife of William Smallbone of Walworth
Common, Surrey, and of the Excise Office, London, gent.
Recites deed of settlement on the marriage with Wiliam Smallbone
dated 11 April 1795, by which marriage no children have survived.
There is in the hands of her husband 900 for which he has given
bond to her trustees, Thos. Tucker, Thos. Cooper and Wm. Tucker.
To daughter in law Eliza Smalbone 50.
To esteemed friend Martha Whitmouth of Salisbury 20, payable on
death of her husband.
Residue to husband provided he allows testator's aunt Betty Ody
an annuity of 30 for life.
On death of husband to Eliz. Rooks dau. of Sam. and Sarah Rooks of
Paul St., Finsbury Sq. 10 p.a.; to cousin Wm. Tucker of
Bartholomew Lane, gent. 10 p.a.
to husband all estates in Pawlet and Puriton in Somerset and residue.
