Lists the furniture that she is to take with her. Note that the money received to be paid to an account at Messrs Bassetts & Co Bank, Dunstable in the name of Thomas Robinson of Sunderland paper merchant the trustee under the deed of separation. - draft deed of appointment of a messuage and premises known as Fountaine House Mrs Susanna Simmonds to Mr John Simmonds, 22 Jan 1879 - Note of things that need doing at the solicitors' office (includes, amongst other things, the preparation of the deed of separation).
