    Indenture dated 6 April 1725 between Thomas Cooke and Thomas Mayes re property in Woburn formerly occupied by Thomas Marshall, between the holdings of John Ireland, Daniel Magg and the Abbey Lane plus other small parcels of land and the right to use facilities there including the Great Yard along with other occupiers including Daniel and William Gyles. Second indenture dated 22 Nov 1745 after death of Thomas Mayes in or about 1736. Mary Mayes, widow of Thomas, and Thomas Cooke assign lease to Charles Huggins and Robert Carey Third indenture dated 21 June 1756 after Death of Charles Huggins Robert Carey assigns lease to James Rock in trust for Thomas Iredale. By descent the rights now belong to William Charles Lever Kane and Thomas Waterfield of part of the property, being a brew or wash house next to the Rose and Crown public house and including a barn, yard and dunghill. next to property owned by the Duke of Bedford currently occupied by Thomas Green, surgeon: the whole now being occupied by John Green gentleman. Limited letters of administration are requested to allow for the settlement of title after the death, intestate, of James Rock.
