- TitleMonition to transmit will of Thomas Hill, woolcomber, late of Pertenhall to the Preorgative Court of Canterbury on the petition of Henry Bottle, one of the executors named in the will (the other being Ann Hill wife of the deceased). At the time of his death Thomas Hill is said to have had goods chattels and credits in divers diocese sufficient for his will to fall under the jurisdiction of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. Henry Bottle ignorant of this had incautiously proved the will in the Archdeaconry of Bedford on the 20 August 1831
