Bond granted to Henry Hurst for Isaac Hurst late of Bedford, Innholder deceased. Attached document, Sarah Hurst of Bedford, Widow alledged that she is the Relict and next of kin to Isaac Hurst, late of Bedford. Victualler deceased and that Sarah Hurst our of Great Trust and confidence has in Henry Hurst of Bedford, Gentleman who is her father in law hath resigned unto him Henry Hurst her right of Administration for Isaac Hurst her husband deceased. Henry Hurst alledged that Isaac Hurst died intestate and prayed that Letters of Administration be granted to him.
