(i) John Elger, South Street, Grosvenor Square, Middlesex, architect and wife Catherine (ii) Isaac Elger, Bedford, surgeon Thomas Gwyn Elger died on 8 April 1841. Since his death some of the property held by him and John Elger jointly, and now held by John, has been sold now, to facilitate the conveyance of such part of said property as remain invested in John, and to extinguish the rights of dower of Catherine Elger (i) releases to (ii) - so much of closes of land etc in parish of St Paul's in Bedford, as are now vested in John Elger To be held by (ii) in trust for John Elger Signature of (i) Certificate of the sep examination of Catherine Elger, 29 Sep 1841 Witnesses: Thomas John Burgoyne, solicitor and T P Munt, his clerk
