- land with summer house thereon being Lot 8, being other part of said garden in occ. John Mowbray, extending from east to wesy along Mill Lane abt 237ft
- close pasture, with stable and 2 pieces of garden being Lot 9
Agreement as to fences etc
Said premises (together with others) are held by Joseph Barnard, Bedford, merchant, as assignee of Thomas Hensman, gent, under a lease expiring on 25 March 1803 and rent of £58. 1s. p.a., so (iii) will receive from Joseph Barnard, £12 as rent of said premises.
Covenant to produce title deeds (as in schedules). Those in schedule 2 relate to property of greater value being estate of (iv) as is agreed that (iv) will keep them and produce them if necessary.
