Also document attached Jacob Ayres of Roxton of Bedford Farmer alledged that he is the Husband of Susanna who was the Sister and and one of the next of kin to William Kippest, late of Roxton, Wheelwright deceased and that he died intestate and further alledged that the next nearest of kin to the said Susanna is allegants wife named are Jeremiah Kippest, Ann Wife of Thomas Goldsmith and Sarah the wife of Robert Howard, Brother and Sisters of the said deceased and that every one of them are deceased and that the allegant, Jacob Ayres, in right of his said wife Susanna be granted Letters of Administration.
