1) Robert Barry Stafford of Bedford, auctioneer and land agent as agent for and on behalf of John H Blood of Witham, Essex and trustee under the will of the late Sir Coventry Payne bart. deceased. 2) Robert Michael White of Ampthill as agent for the Wootton School Board. - 1/2 acre of sward land being part of a field called Breach Close now in the occupation of Thomas Hewlatt and Son and nearly opposite the Cock Public House, part of the estate of the late Sir Coventry Payne, for the price of £80.
