Executor and trustee, brother-in-law William Henry Wright, Lieutenant in the Royal Navy. To him messuage no 14 Marine Parade, Hastings, to pay profits to daughter Henrietta Anna Maria Payne for life, and subject thereto devises same to son Philip Monoux Payne; also to daughter £500 at 21; to executor rest of real estate including that in the West Indies, in trust to raise thereon £500 per annum for maintenance and education of daughter Henrietta until 21.
