1) Rev Albert John Foster, The Vicar of Wootton, John Spicer Wood, Rector of Marston Moretaine and Edward Woodley Bowling, Rector of Houghton Conquest, landlords. 2) The Wootton School board tenants. - messuage or schoolhouse and South Western Schoolroom with fixtures and fittings with the garden ground outbuildings and premises at Wootton known as the Wootton Church of England School. To be used as an elementary school between 6am and 5pm. Rent £5 per annum. Term 9 years. Landlords have sole use of the North Eastern Schoolroom at all times and of the south western schoolroom during school holidays and on Saturdays and Sundays and on weekday evenings after 5pm.
