The Vicar of Wootton and the Rectors of Marston Moretaine and Houghton Conquest, landlords and the schoolboard tenants. Whole of the infant school with fixtures and fittings with the garden ground, outbuildings and premises known as the Wootton Church of England School. To be used as an elementary school between 6am and 5pm. Rent £5 per annum. Landlords have use of the school at all times during school holidays and on Saturdays and Sundays and on weekday evenings after 5pm.
