    In the Borough of Luton Rex -v- Adam Jaundrill The 23rd day of August 1922 Adam Jaundrill (hereinafter called the Accused) having been this day charged before one (a) of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace for the said Borough for that he the Accused on the 15th day of August 1922 in the Borough aforesaid (b) feloniously did break and enter the dwellinghouse there situated of Ernest Jocelyn Baty of 157 Dunstable Road and therein feloniously did steal one razor and one belt together of the value of four shillings and sixpence the property of the said Ernest Jocelyn Baty contrary to the Larceny Act 1916 s. 26 [and] [contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made and provided] and having been committed for trial upon such charge at the next Court of Quarter Sessions to be holden at the Shire all, Bedford, in and for the County of Bedford. I, William Austin Clerk to the said Justices, do hereby certify that upon the Accused being so charged as aforesaid, he pleaded guilty before the said Justice. (signed) William Austin
