    The condition of this recongnizance is such that if the above-bounded Charles Albert Brown & Frank Odell shall personally appear at the next Court of Quarter Sessions to be held at the Shire Hall at Bedford in & for the County of Bedford to prosecute an Appeal, against aconviction of the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at the Town Hall Biggleswade on 25th October 1922 whreby the principal was convicted that on 7th September 1922 at Sandy at or about 12:30am did unlawfully supply to George Greaves in a licences premises called The Red Lion Hotel there situate certain intoxicating liquor, to be consumed either on or off the premises, otherwise than during the hours permitted in the licensing Act 1921 Contarry to the said Statue. And further that if the said prinicpal shall abide by & duly perforn the Order to be made upon the trial of such Appeal, then the recognizance shall be void but otherwise remain in full force
