Robert Crouch of Dunstable, Joseph Cooper of Tilsworth and Francis Green of Houghton Regis alledged that they are the Principal Creditors of Mary Lilly, late of Kings Houghton, Widow and that Mary Lilly, died intestate and that Robert Crouch, Joseph Cooper and Francis Green be granted Administration of the said Mary Lilly. Richard Lilly, Mary Brightridge and Elizabeth Lilly, the natural and lawful children of the said deceased having first refusted to take upon them the burdon of the Execution of the same.
