- freehold land lying and being in the said parish of Shitlington now in the tenure and occupation of John Attwood
- my freehold messuage or tenement with the yard, garden, outhouses and appurtenances situate in Maulden now in the tenure and occupation of William Bow
- piece of freehold land containing four acres which I lately purchased off William Brown in Maulden and now in the occupation of John Stapleton
- discharge my debts
