    Administration requested by Seth Garrett of Willington in the County of Bedford, Farmer and John Underwood of Sandy in the County of Bedford, Gardner. £40 - Thomas Reynolds, Official of the Archdeaconry of Bedford. Condition of Obligation that Henry Gaylor, late of Northill in the County of Bedford, Farmer intestated deceased left behind him one only child named James Gaylor a minor then at the time of death about the age of two years. Sarah Gaylor, Grandmother and next of kin to said minor being lately departed this life before fully administering goods etc for Henry Gaylor. Court granted unto the above bound Seth Garrett, Uncle by marriage to said minor together with Guardianship to the said minor. Also document attached that Seth Garrett of Willington in the County of Bedford, Farmer and alledged that Henry Gaylor late of Northill in the County of Bedford, Farmer died intestate, left behind one only children named James who was at the time of death of the said deceased a minor of about 2 years of age and that by the authority of the court Sarah Gaylor Grandmother and next of kin to said minor departed this life not having fully administered the estate of Henry deceased. Seth Garrett requested letters of Administration as he was uncle by marriage to said minor .
