6a) Note on Resolution; "In the matter of an application by R B Sanders & Co. (Kempston) Ltd to divert a footpath at Oakley & Milton Ernest & in the matter of the Highways Act 1835
this is the Duplicate Resolution og the Parish Council of Milton Ernest marked "GAB 5" referred to in the annexed deposition of Grenville Arthur Battcock taken & sworn before us this 30th August 1921. A G Duberly, & A G Carruthers, Justices of the Peace.
6b & 6c) Meeting of the Parish Council of Milton Ernest held on 17th March 1921. The Clerk read a letter from Messrs Halliley & Morrison the solicitors to Bedford Rural District Council & a copy of the Resolution passed by that Council, after discussion it was resolved that this council consent to the application from R B Sanders, & that Messrs Halliley & Morrison the Solicitors to the Council be instructed to give public notice of this Resolution in the manner prescribbed in Sec. 51 of the Local Government Act 1894
