Release between William Bithrey and Revd George Hall, Joseph Wooding, William Shelton, George, Allen, James Huckle, Thomas Robinson, William Butlin, Samuel Partridge, Thomas Gayling, John Felpts (2nd part) as well as William Shelton, George Allen, William Butlin, Samuel Partridge, Thomas Gayling, John Felpts, John Gostie, James Goodes, Samuel Chambers, Jonathan Gayton, John Clarke and Gilloway Harley (3rd part).
Reiterates the agreement and payment of the previous release but declares it void due to the deeds not being registered with the Chancery. Second party request conveyance of the property from Bithrey to the third parties.

Relating to property adjoining the Baptist chapel in Carlton, formerly occupied by Thomas Rose, Thomas Mardling, John Mardling, Mary Mardling, Samuel Mardling and now occupied by Thomas Skevington. Includes a barn (used as a wheelwright's shop and butcher's shop), the stable and all the buildings, gardens and yard as well as a small piece of land sold by Mary Mardling to the Baptist Meeting House.
Grants use of the property to third parties for occupation and letting.
Further clause relates to Trustees, that no more than five may occupy the premises, that they must be a Protestant dissenter by profession and elected by members of the dissenting society and its communicants at a special meeting for that purpose. Further details given of notice required for appointing new Trustees.
