As requested I beg to enclose justices Report & birth certificate herein. Alfred Cooper(alias Bent) Adverting to my letter of 20th September last, the Clerk to he Justices has witten " on searing my records for his Birth Certificate, I find his proper name is Cooper, & that he is the illegitimate child of Sarah Cooper of Someries Farm Cottages, Stopsley nr Luton. In reply to your letter of 3rd inst, I now enclose copy of convictions herein William Austin, Clark to the Justices e) Copy of Birth Certificale f (i) (ii) (iii) Report of the Justices of the Peace acting in & for the Borough of Luton on Alfred Bent who was covicted of shop-breaking by the said Justices of the Peace in Petty Sessions assembledon 6th July 1921 & committed by the said Justices at the General Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace for Bedford to be dealt with under the Borstal System.
