    Surrender of Edmund Brydges of the property to the use of Thomas Baskerfield, now of Worcester, stationer, and Ann, Mary Margaret and Catherine Baskerfield, all of Leighton Buzzard, spinsters, and Robert Baskerfield, Hatton Garden, St Andrew, Holborn, Middlesex, oilman, subject to their allowing their mother to take profits for her life. Above 5 people admitted tenants to the property. As the result of a Recovery 4/5ths of the property (the shares of all except Robert) declared to be that of David Willis, who was admitted tenant. David Willis then surrended property to use of Thomas Baskerfield, Ann, Mary Margaret and Catherine, spinsters, and they are admitted tenants to said 4/5ths.
