- Scope and ContentBedfordshire Epiphany Quarter Sessions, 1922 Shire Hall, Bedford 28th December, 1921 Sir, I have to give you notice that the next Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the County of Bedford, will be held at the Shire Hall, Bedford, on Wednesday the 4th day of January, 1922, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon. BUSINESS PRISON – To appoint the Visiting Committee. THE LICENSING (CONSOLIDATION) ACT,1910:- 1. To receive the Report of the County Licensing Committee (Copy sent herewith). 2. To appoint the County Licensing Committee. 3. To consider the question of imposing charges in respect of Licensed Premises (Section21). THE MENTAL DEFICIENCY ACT, 1913: - To consider the questions of appointing additional visitors. At the conclusion of the above-mentioned business the Justices will hear Appeals and Motions by Counsel (if any) and try Prisoners. Your obedient Servant, W.W.
