Scope and Content
(i) Thomas Honer of Stanbridge, labourer
(ii) John Iremonger of Stanbridge, gent
-- one cottage and one little close (except the garden and the right of the common in fields of Stanbridge belonging to the cottage).
Thomas Byers has granted one other cottage and certain ground belonging to it, in Stanbridge, to (i) and Marjorie, his wife, for life, with remainder to Katherine Honer and Johan (Joanne), wife of Thomas Turpin. Cottage granted to (ii) to be pulled down and other cottage granted instead. Garden belonging to destroyed cottage to belong to other cottage. (ii) agrees with (i), Marjorie and Katherine Honer and Johan Turpin to pull down first cottage and to claim no common rights in respect of it. Common rights to belong to (i), Marjorie and Katherine Honer and Johan Turpin.
