Plate, linen, china, glass, books, furniture to be divided between his nephews and nieces, (i), Emily Ashford, (iii), (iv), (v), L M Jeffrey, (vii), Martha Westbrooke and Lucy Maria Payne.
Freehold estates at Luton and Stopsley (subj. to annuity of £8 to Sarah Cole, formerly Sarah Eldridge, under will of testators father) and residue of real and personal estate and copyhold estates, to (x) in trust for sale. (i) should have power to purchase. Amount raised to be divided into 9 equal parts for nephews and nieces. L M Payne's share to be in trust.

James Pryor died on 4 July 1861. Will proved (PPR) on 29 July 1861. Sale of estate amounted to £7283.11s.1d. (i) bought copyhold estate in West Street, Hertford, for £4031.6s.6d. (x) are keeping in hand £100 to meet outstanding accounts.
Now (i) - (viii) release and discharge (x) from any actions regarding the estate under said will.
