(i) should have power to purchase. Amount raised to be divided into 9 equal parts for nephews and nieces. L M Payne's share to be in trust. Codicil dated 30 May 1861. To housekeeper, Ellen Robinson - £200 and 1 years wages James Pryor died on 4 July 1861. Will proved (PPR) on 29 July 1861. Sale of estate amounted to £7283.11s.1d. (i) bought copyhold estate in West Street, Hertford, for £4031.6s.6d. (x) are keeping in hand £100 to meet outstanding accounts.
