The informant saith that the twoe gentlemen (namely) Robert Charlton and Nicholas Throckmorton that are now taken were twoe of the three men that robbed Mr Worley at Puddlehill (as he conceiveth) for that Mr Worley told him after he was robbed that they were the same men which lay at the White Horse in Dunstable where Mr Worley lay that nght before he was robbed, that robbed him and that the grey gelding that one of them rode was one of the same geldings they had there that night they lay at the White Horse aforesaid. And further saith that twoe men in Dunstable did affirm that they were twoe of the men meaning Mr Carlton and Mr Throckmorton that committed the robbery at Puddlehill upon which this informant immediately took a horse and pursued them.
