    (i) George William Baker, late of Linslade, Bucks, now of Potsgrove, yeoman Edward Heightington, Woburn, cornmerchant (devisees in trust of the will of George Odell, late of Woburn Sands) (ii) Thomas Odell, late of Woburn, now of Rumford, Essex, blacksmith (eldest son of said George Odell) (iii) George Smith, Woburn, tailor Robert Nixon, Woburn, plumber and glazier Reciting will of George Odell regarding property in Wavendon, Bucks and 16 freehold cottages in Aspley. He died in November 1847. (i) have refused to act in proving said will (ii) would be entitled to said real estates and is desirous that trusts set up in will be carried into effect (iii) have agreed to act as trustees in place of (i) Now (i) renounce trusts etc and release to (iii) upon trusts as in will - messuages etc of late George Odell situate in Wavendon, Bucks and Aspley guise Signatures of all Endorsed witnessed: William Harland, clerk to Mr Green, solicitor of Woburn and William Wright, Furnivals Inn, solicitor Conveyance (a) George Smith Robert Nixon (b) Thomas Odell Some of the provsoes in will of George Odell are inoperative and without effect but real estate vested in (b) (a) being about to deal with said hereditaments as heir-at-law of said George in execution of trusts of said will has required (a) to reconvey same to him Now (a) surrenders to (b) - messuages etc as above Signature of (s) Witness: William Harland
