(i) at request of (ii) release to (iii)
- messuage now divided into 2, in Aspley, formerly in occupation of Ralph French and of of William Nichols and William Lee
- piece of ground planted with fir trees, in Aspley, adj. to said messuage (1 acre) north of Aspley to Hogsty End Road.
Covenant to produce title deeds, if necessary, esp in indent of 19 Aug 1763 between (a) Richard How and wife Silena and (b) Briggins How and wife Sarah and (c) Edward Grubb
And fine of Michaelmas term between Edward Grubb and Richard and Silena How and Briggins and Sarah How
