(i) have never acted in the trusts of the said will Now, in consideration of £112 paid to (ii) by (iii) (i) at request of (ii) release to (iii) - messuage now divided into 2, in Aspley, formerly in occupation of Ralph French and of of William Nichols and William Lee - piece of ground planted with fir trees, in Aspley, adj. to said messuage (1 acre) north of Aspley to Hogsty End Road.
