- Will of John Sletcher dated 22 August 1862 by which he appointed his wife Jane Sletcher and Thomas Carling, plumber and glazier, executrix and executor of his will. Bequest of £10 to brother Robert Sletcher. All real estate and residue of personal estate to wife, Jane Sletcher. To Jane Sletcher and Thomas Carling all estate vested in him by way of trust.
John Sletcher died on 19 September 1862. Will proved (PPR) on 31 October 1862.
