    (i) John Asplin, late of Kempston, now of Bedford, husbandman (ii) Francis Green, Bedford, esq (iii) John Sletcher, Kempston, cordwainer (iv) William Sletcher, Bedford, cordwainer Consideration - £118 paid by (iii) to (i) and 10s paid to (ii) by (iii) (i) release to (iii) - 2 messuages with gardens etc in Kempston. One being formerly built and occupied by Thomas Dossiter, afterwards Samuel Findon, then Richard Keech and now of (iii) and other tenement on south and now in occupation of James Golding was made out of a tenemenet and yard purchased with the other tenement build by T Dossiter together with other tenements by (i), and were conveyed by him by deed of feoffment of 4 July 1808.
