    (i) John Warden, snr, late Sergeant Major in the Bedford militia and now of Bedford, victualler (ii) John Warden, jnr, one of Sergeants in said Regiment of Militia James Morris, now Quartermaster of the said Regiment of Militia (iii) John Asplin, Kempston, husbandman (iv) Francis green, Bedford, Esq Consideration - £105 paid to (i) by (iii) (i) enfeoffs to (iii) and (iv) - messuage devidied into 3 dwellings with gardens belonging in Kempston. East of common road, north of newly erected house of Samuel Findon and south and west of the late Rev. Richard Littlehales. All formerly in the occupation of Thomas Jones and Eleanor Ambridge, late of Mary Peacock, Mary Amrbidge and William Allen and now of John Sinfield, Mary Ambridge and John Peacock and conveyed to (ii) by Samuel Findon and wife Susannah. To hold to use of (iii) and (iv) for ever but as to interest of (iv) in trust for (iii) Also in consideration of 10s to each of (ii) paid by (iii) (ii) at request of (i) assign to (iii) - said messuage etc and term of years yet unexpired of themselves in said premises.
