    (i) Samuel Findon, Kempston, yeoman and wife Susannah (ii) John Simons, Bedford, carpenter (iii) John Warden, a Sergeant Major in the Bedford Militia (iv) James Morris, a Sergeant in the Bedford Militia (a trustee for (iii)) Reciting mortgage of 21 June 1800 on which £41.5s is still owing. Now in consideration of £41.5s paid to (ii) and £21.15s paid to (i) (total - £62) (i) and (ii) release to (iii) - messuage lately built by Thomas Dossiter, deceased with the garden belonging, in Kempston, east on common road and south of messuage of (iii) lately purchased from (i) Formerly built and in the occupation of Thomas Dossiter, deceased, and now of (i) For the barring of the dower of Susannah and more effectually assure said messuage and to settle the same (i) covenant to levy fine unto (iii) of the property. Also in consideration of £41 be retained by (ii) out of said sum of £62 in full for principal and interest owing and also in consideration of 5s paid to (ii) by (iv) (ii) with consent of (i) transfers to (iv) - above mentioned property etc For remainder of said term of 500 years in trust for (iii) and to attend the inheritance Signatures of (i) and (ii) Endorsed receipts Witnesses: William Whitworth and Whitley Sale
