East of common street, west of Littlehales and north of Warner - orchard and garden ground belonging as is now staked out and allotted Term - 500 years Rent - 1 peppercorn yearly To secure repayment of £40 and interest. To bar dower of Susannah and to more effectually assure the same premises unto (ii), (i) covenant to levy fine) Whereas deeds etc specified in the schedule relate not only to the said messuage but also to other property of other value now the estate of (iii).
