...one half acre of my land in the cil of Sivelish that is to say the one lying on Aldebury next the land of Ralph de Cruce and land which was of Richard de Dayrithi [?] one end abutting on the court of William de Bray and the other abutting on the land of Bartholomew de Gray.
To hold of the donor and heirs paying annually one halfpenny at the feast of St. Mary in March for all services and exactions.
Warranty clause.
Payment 7s.6d in gersuma.
