(i) Charles Orpin of Harrold, carpenter (ii) Arthur Charles Smith of Harrold, greengrocer Consideration of £250 to (i) paid by (ii) conveys: - those four cottages or tenements situate in or near Brook Lane in Harrold aforesaid formerly in the occupations of Joseph Thompson, John Burgess, Joseph Wooding and John Knight and now of the purchaser Mrs E Coleman, Charles Robinson and Mrs C Riseley - together with the yards, gardens, outbuildings and appurtences to the same belonging. All which hereditaments are bounded on or towards the east by Brook Lane, aforesaid on or towards the north by property of Robert Thew of land and now of Mrs Webb and on or towards the west and south by premises formerly of William Thompson and now of Samuel Stock and Hinton
