Sale of copyhold from (1) to (2) for £6 8s 6d All the copyhold messuages or tenements fronting Kensworth Green (see Z1362/6/16/4/2 for additional details) and the three cottages (erected by Mr Iredale) occupied by Sharp, Cook & Willis, as also referred to in Z1362/6/16/4/2. Together with the mines and minerals thereunder.
