    Of that part of Woburn Sands which is in the parish of Aspley Guise, timber dealer. He is 64 and was born in Woburn Sands. In 1853 he enclosed 2 1/2 acres land forming part of Aspley Heath by surrounding it with a post and rail fence and has had uninterrupted use of the land ever since. Said piece of ground is now surrounded by a quick set hedge which he has planted two feet within the boundary except on south east side and it has a post and rail fence entirely surrounding the same N: public footway to Bow Brickhill All other sides: land formerly part of Aspley Heath and now belonging to Tucker Pain, esq, Mrs Holmes and Harry Thompson Said piece of land is approached from the public road on Aspley Heath by a carriage way belonging to the same piece of land Signature of John Giles Witness: Henry Pettit, Commission for Oaths, Leighton Buzzard
