    (i) John Ordway, Tewing, Herts, gent (one of the sons of William Ordway, once of Dunstable, dec., and one of the grandsons of William Ordway, father of said William, of Dunstable, yeoman) (ii) William Fossey, Dunstable, chandler (iii) Daniel marshe, Dunstable, gent Consid - £250 paid by (ii) to (iii) To bar all manner of entails, remainders and reversions it is covenanted and agreed between the parties that (i) will levy fine to (ii) of - messuage with appurtences in occ. of Thomas Gazeley and where William Ordway, the grandfather, formerly dwelt, in East Street, Dunstable W: ground of John Cooper belonging to King's Head S: Icknell Way - 3 cottages lately built in East Street, Dunstable in occs. of Richard Marlin, Richard Barnes and John Tomes W: above messuage E: cottage of Anthony Lawrence S: 9front) Icknell Way - piece pasture ground, part being used as a garden S: above cottages N: ground of (ii) - pieces arable (24 acs) in fields of Dunstable and Houghton Regis and now in occ. of said Thomas Gazeley After fine been levied (iii) shall sue out of Chancery one writ of entry against (ii) according to the course of common recovery so that (iii) shall hold the property to use of (ii) with exception of a lease of 13 April 1674 by which (i) let certain premises to Thomas Gazelet for 12 years at £16.10s p.a.
