    (i) George Wallis, Old Shifford, Oxon, farmer Albert Edmonds, Colesbourne, Gloucester, farmer (ii) Fred Suggate Garrard, New Cross, Kent (iii) Henry Hilton Green, Felmersham, esq Reciting will of William Talbot Wallis by which he appointed his son, George Wallis and son in law said Albert Edmonds and George Wilkinson, Wolverton, Bucks, farmer as exors, and assigned to them all his property in Beds and Bucks in trust for sale, his four younger children, George, Temperance, John Williams and Vincent Talbot having first refusal Said children do not wish to purchase Now in consid. of £1259.17s.6d paid by (iii) through his agent (ii) (i) at request of (ii) convey to (iii) - close with small garden adj. at SW corner (once 1 ac but found by measurements 3rds 31 p) in Felmersham once in occ. Thomas Knight, now of John Allen Lovell, with road, or right of road belonging - Knights Lots (19 acs 1rd 33p) now in occ. of said John Allen Lovell with road or right of road belonging (cont, a former close of 14 acs, site of cottage on south side thereof now demolished and 5 acs 1 rd 23 p called Bagwells, lately 2 closes) Which said piece of land once lay together in one close and then in 4 closes.
